Clutch Kits
Our clutch kits and parts are based from 20 years clutch tuning experience, dyno run evaluations and real world field tests.
For the 2009 season we introduced a new straight lever arm that carried more weight then stock and in real world testing delivered stronger belt squeeze and less belt wear. Typically you saw faster acceleration and better upshift through the entire rpm range.
For the 2010 season we began earnestly testing in a new direction for clutching. We began to study the curvature and arc of the centrifugal force associated with the lever arm action. Through this study we found that we could manipulate the force more effectively by shifting the wieght to different locations that were not in a direct plane with a standard lever arm. We also found points where we could essentially control rpm over rev. Our initial dyno results showed more horsepower increases then we had ever experienced with any other system. The real world testing has backed up these initial findings.
The end results have been very positive in every manner. The backshift is the quickest we have ever experienced using any of the top clutch components available on the market today. The upshift is equally as strong, and in 0-60 mph testing against the prevoius best setups we could assemble, it simply

This system utilizes a new lever axle bushing that is not prone to "gum up" like stock bushings do. This also helps in the motion or movement of the lever arm as well. The lever arm potentially has more adjustability then any lever arm on the market.
To finish out the 2010 season we will offer this product in a limited release. You will not be disappointed!
Our testing has continued late into the season, with continued options that make this a versitile lever arm for all types of applications.
